About Us
Barbaro Consulting was founded in 2015 by Erin Barbaro, a geographer and digital product manager with deep experience in geospatial data, public health, equity, and knowledge management. Our team also includes a full-stack WordPress developer with advanced PHP expertise and a background in designing user-friendly, performant, and scalable tools. We work with organizations such as the Intitute for People, Place, and Possibility (IP3), Community Initiatives Network, Community Commons, the Rippel Foundation, the Center for Applied Research and Engagement Systems (CARES), the Alliance for the Public’s Health, the American Public Health Association (APHA), Y-USA, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the CDC Foundation, and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, and numerous regional and statewide initiatives translating complex goals into practical, well-built, data-driven tools that deliver.
